11th Meeting of the Inter-Institutional Working Group for Quality Management Held in Sarajevo
The 11th meeting of the inter-institutional working group for quality management within the Programme for Strengthening of Public Institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina was held 28 March 2018 in Sarajevo. During the meeting the results achieved so far in the area of quality management were presented. The participants worked further on agreeing on the next steps regarding the group’s results. Namely, until autumn of this year this working group plans to develop Guidelines for Employees’ Satistfaction Surveys, Guidelines for Implementation of ISO 9001:20015, Guidelines for Client Satisfaction Surveys (updated edition) as well as to give an overview of the links between the financial management and control and the quality management system.
The intention of the group is to provide all document for use in public administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, regardless of the administrative level. Publications made so far in this thematic area of the Programme can be found in our section Publications.
