Programme for Strengthening of Public Institutions together with the main partner PARCO is organising a meeting on February 22, 2013 that will bring together human resource management (HRM) staff of all nine partner institutions. Meeting will be used to shortly present the measures that are foreseen in the Public Administration Reform Action Plan in the area of HRM. It addition it will be an opportunity for colleagues  from the same field to discuss their experiences and especially the challenges that they face in their work.

Among the discussed topics will be performance evaluation, professional development and training plans for employees, the organisational setup of HRM in each institution and the use of information systems. If the HRM practitioners identify topics of common interest, they will continue to meet in order to develop solutions to joint problems, which will be supported by the Programme.
