Handbook on Communications Planning in Public Administration Developed

The goal of the handbook is to offer guidelines and recommendations to communications practioners working in public administration in BiH

The handbook on planning of communications in public administration was developed within the work of the inter-institutional working group for Communications and Knowledge Management and consists of several parts, such as case study, a checklist for communications practitioners in public administration and theoretic basis for development of high-quality plans for strategic communications.

This handbook was created through the joint work within specific activities and through knowledge exchange of the members of the group who are representatives of nine public institutions in BiH. Public Administration Reform Coordinator’s Office (PARCO) within the reform area of Institutional Communication will place this handbook at disposal to all interested public servants with communication responsibilities in the public administration.
