In accordance with the obligations arising from the Public Procurement Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the publishing of decisions of the Public Procurement Review Body and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the on the web portal of the Public Procurement Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, on 26 January 2015 in Sarajevo, the Protocol on Procedures when Publishing Decisions of the Public Procurement Review Body and the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Public Procurement Cases has been signed. Beside the representatives of these two institutions, the Agreement was also signed by the Public Procurement Agency of BiH, in charge of administration of the public procurement web portal. The representatives of the Programme for Strengthening of Public Institutions in BiH, implemented by GIZ and commissioned by the German Government and the representatives of the EU funded project “Strengthening the Public Procurement System in Bosnia and Herzegovina” attended the signing.
After a long time, all prerequisites for easy accessibility to the content of decisions on appeals in relation to public procurements have been created. The publishing will contribute to further improvement of transparency and consistency of all future decisions and verdicts, and the base of published documents at the same time represents a simple and efficient electronic service that will offer a significant source of examples from practice and information for all contractual parties and bidders in the public procurement system.
Defining procedures and drafting of the Protocol were done jointly with the support of the two mentioned projects and further technical support will be provides by the Programme for Strengthening of Public Institutions in BiH.
