This time the represeantives of the Central Bank presented how they use the development of their 2011-2017 Strategic Plan as basis for the development of a thorough HRM Strategy that covers – among other things – the fluctuation and recruitment of staff, knowledge transfer and training plans as well as working atmosphere and corporate culture. These documents will be shared with the group.
Following a summary report on the last round of performance evaluations delivered by the Civil Service Agency shortcomings and possible improvements to the performance evaluation process were discussed. The group agreed to prepare a training programme on performance evaluation for HR and the management staff in the partner institutions to improve the quality of the process, preferably right before the next round of evaluations.PARCO and GIZ were tasked to prepare the terms of reference for the training programme until the next meeting of the group end of April 2013.
