“Introduction to Quality Management in Public Administration” Training Held in Belgrade, Serbia

Civil servants from the Republic of Serbia gained insights into the basics of the ISO 9001 and the Common Assessment Framework (CAF)

— A one-day training „Introduction to quality management in public administration“ was organised in the last week of June by the GIZ Project Support to the Public Administration Reform in Serbia based on the invitation of the Human Resource Management Service.

On behalf of the Programme for Strengthening of Public Institutions in BiH the training was held by Tihana Puzić, Senior Adviser in GIZ Bosnia-Herzegovina, Certified CAF Trainer and Quality Manager. 15 representatives of public administration in Serbia took part in the training. Insights into the basics of ISO 9001 and Common Assessment Framework (CAF) were provided and the main principles of the quality management philosophy were discussed during this training.
