Participation at the 11th regional PR conference PRO.PR of the representatives of partner institutions was facilitated within the Programme for Strengthening of Public Institutions. In the video above two participants Slavica Škoro, Expert Advisor for Public Relations from the Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance and Marina Kavaz-Siručić, Spokesperson from the Directorate for European Integration share the experiences and talk about the benefits this conference participation has brought to their future work.

First day of the conference presented were the needs for public relations and reputation management of the local government in the United Kingdom, challanges and experiences of digital media in Bulgaria and trust as the motto of the 21st century.

Second day there were presentations and discussion on state branding, social media, and nation-wide public campaigns in the Russian Federation. Panel discussion on communications of the public administration was held and the everyday challanges that the PR practioners in the public sector were discussed.

Third and final day was dedicated to the open management and open society and the issues of PR as a profession.

Individuals and organisations that contributed to the development of the PR profession were also awarded during the conference.
